Rural women entrepreneurship within co‐operatives: training support
Summary. Rural women running cooperatives in Greece participated in a training program that improved their entrepreneurial skills, business opportunity identification, and decision-making flexibility. The training also strengthened their attitudes toward entrepreneurship, enhanced cooperative growth prospects, and improved work-family balance. Training programs are most effective when designed to address specific organizational needs through prior needs analysis.
