Summary. Researchers developed and validated a measurement instrument to assess drivers, barriers, and motivations for rural entrepreneurship among millennials in Antioquia, Colombia. Using expert judgment and the Delphi method with 16 specialists, they confirmed the instrument's reliability across three domains: motivations (93.7% adequate), drivers (92% adequate), and barriers (84% adequate). All Cronbach's Alpha values exceeded 0.9, demonstrating the instrument's validity for measuring factors influencing young people's rural business ventures.
