Summary. This study evaluates how diverse stakeholders—policymakers, technology developers, and farmers—collaborate to develop and deploy drone applications across the European Union. Testing five use cases in livestock monitoring, crop spraying, forestry, and rural logistics, the research identifies unique network structures and stakeholder roles. The findings show that integrating real-time data sharing between drones and farm management systems improves decision-making and accelerates innovation, highlighting the need for standardized data exchange protocols.
