Preparation of future teachers for the introduction of digital innovation in a Rural School: problems and prospects

Summary. Rural schools struggle to attract qualified teachers prepared for digital innovation. This study surveyed future teachers about their readiness to work in remote rural areas and found a significant gap between their professional expectations and actual rural school conditions. The research emphasizes that preparing teachers for digital technologies in distance learning requires cooperation between schools, parents, communities, and local businesses to improve rural education quality.
