Summary. China's housing and urban-rural construction sector relies on science and technology innovation platforms to conduct research, develop technologies, and share resources. This study inventories national and ministerial-level platforms in this sector through June 2023, analyzing their distribution and management policies using official government data. The authors identify existing problems and recommend strengthened construction and management of these platforms to support high-quality development in housing and urban-rural construction.
