Summary. This paper presents TIAR, an integrated renewable energy system designed for rural facilities in Italy. The project combines solar, geothermal, and hydroelectric technologies within a retrofitted rural tower structure, adding energy and thermal storage systems plus weather monitoring to balance variable renewable production with demand. The multidisciplinary approach addresses land use concerns and grid stability issues while preserving the architectural character of traditional rural buildings.
