Summary. This paper uses neural networks and genetic algorithms to identify which sectors drive rural industrial development under digital transformation. The authors analyzed global digitalization practices and modeled influencing factors on rural income. Results show tourism, infrastructure, and transportation are the highest-priority sectors for development. The mathematical model provides data-driven guidance for allocating resources and planning rural industries during digital empowerment.
