Training Rural Educators in Kentucky through Distance Learning: Impact with Follow-up Data

Summary. The TREK-DL project delivered distance education courses in special education to rural Kentucky graduate students since 1989. Surveys showed students were satisfied with course content and delivery formats, though technology issues occurred.
