Renewable Energy Use in Rural Areas: Design of a Hybrid Photovoltaic System in the Case of Muş Province
Summary. A hybrid photovoltaic system designed for a rural vineyard house in Muş Province, Turkey generates 2,899 kWh annually with 77% efficiency. Solar power meets all summer energy needs, while a backup generator supplies 15% of winter demand. The system proves technically feasible and cost-effective for rural electrification in regions with strong solar potential.
