Woman Entrepreneurship in Rural Vietnam: Success and Motivational Factors
Summary. Women entrepreneurs in rural Vietnam's Quang Tri Province define success and motivation through their personal values and entrepreneurial beliefs. A survey of 109 respondents across six communes found that women business owners attribute their achievements to how they perceive entrepreneurship and what they value, with these same perceptions driving their motivation to start and continue their ventures.
