Can Supply Chain Finance Ecology Become a New Engine for High-Quality Development of Rural Industries?

Summary. Supply chain finance ecosystems significantly drive high-quality rural industrial development in China, according to analysis of 31 provinces from 2004–2022. The effect operates through two mechanisms: strengthening rural industrial integration and spurring technological innovation. Southwest and South China regions show the strongest positive spillover effects, indicating that regional context matters for policy design.
