No single factor alone drives productivity gains. The research identifies four distinct regional pathways: technology-enabled business models, government-market-culture collaboration, efficient technology commercialization, and integration of innovation with new farming approaches. Agricultural technology and digital infrastructure grow increasingly critical over time.
