Nafarizal Nayan, Rong Zhao, Carmen Mas Machuca, Nikolay Zhelev, Wolfgang Knospe · 2012

Summary. This paper develops a techno-economic cost model for deploying broadband networks in rural areas worldwide. The authors create an empirical model to calculate total costs and benefits, illustrated through a Germany case study.
