Summary. This paper develops F-AMIS, a fuzzy logic-based optimization system for managing electric vehicle public transit in rural tourism areas. The system handles variable tourist demand and infrastructure constraints better than traditional methods. A case study shows F-AMIS reduces operational costs by 20% and increases service coverage from 75% to 90% while improving resilience and sustainability. The framework offers a scalable solution for rural EV transit planning.
