Summary. Entrepreneurship training for rural women in Indonesia significantly increases both their entrepreneurial motivation and intentions to start businesses. However, motivation does not mediate this relationship—training directly influences intentions without motivation acting as an intermediary factor. The study examined women managers in a village waste-management enterprise using structural equation modeling.
