Energy Saving, Implementation of Solar Energy and Other Renewable Energy Sources for Energy Supply in Rural Areas of Russia
Summary. This paper presents a staged implementation plan for solar and renewable energy systems in Russian rural settlements. The research analyzes regional climate, social, economic, and technical factors to develop a comprehensive energy supply strategy. The work identifies priorities, implementation sequences, and performance targets for deploying renewable energy and energy-saving measures across sparsely populated rural territories.
