Summary. Moroccan agricultural SMEs adopt green innovation when entrepreneurial leaders champion the effort, supported by strong organizational culture and social capital. Knowledge sharing amplifies these effects. The study of 565 farms reveals that leadership acts as the critical mechanism translating cultural and social resources into actual green innovation adoption.
