Summary. Thai agricultural SMEs use digital capabilities and strategies to adopt circular economy principles and reduce waste. Startups leverage digital strategy to drive product and managerial eco-innovation, while established firms use digital capability more effectively due to greater resources. Both groups create value-added products from agricultural residues, with startups showing stronger agility in innovation and established firms excelling at process optimization for sustainability.
