Summary. Rural youth in Sarawak who completed an ICT training program gained knowledge and skills through knowledge acquisition, utilization, and sharing practices. These graduates established home-based ICT service centers, improved digital services, and trained community members, directly reducing the rural-urban digital divide while generating income and employment for themselves.
