Investigating the Roles of Knowledge Management Practices in Empowering Rural Youth to Bridge the Digital Divide in Rural Sarawak
Summary. Rural youth in Sarawak who completed an ICT training program gained knowledge and skills through knowledge acquisition, utilization, and sharing practices. These graduates established home-based ICT service centers, improved digital services, and trained community members, directly reducing the rural-urban digital divide while generating income and employment for themselves.
