Rural Education Development and Reform: Implementation of Quality Education and Innovation in the Education System
Summary. Rural primary schools in poverty-stricken regions face persistent quality challenges. This paper analyzes current conditions and proposes implementation strategies for comprehensive quality education and educational system innovation. The work offers policy recommendations to improve educational equity, enhance student development, and cultivate talent in disadvantaged rural areas.
