ShuangShuang Wang, Yuxin Liu, Yifan Yang · 2026 · BMC Geriatrics

Summary. This study examines how older adults in China perceive home and community-based services and how these perceptions affect their desire to age in place. The findings show that context-specific policies addressing these distinct urban-rural challenges are essential to support aging in place.
