The Mediating Effect of Absorptive Capacity and Relational Capital in Alliance Learning of SMEs
Summary. Small businesses need partnerships with complementary resources to grow. This study examines how learning intent, absorptive capacity, and relational capital work together to shape what innovative SMEs learn through business alliances. The research shows how these factors interact to influence both technological and non-technological learning outcomes in collaborative relationships.
