Research on Innovation and Sustainable Development Pathways of Rural Environmental Governance Driven by New Productive Forces
Summary. New productive forces—digital, intelligent, and green technologies—offer practical solutions for rural environmental governance in China. The paper identifies four pathways: smart agriculture and green tech adoption, multi-stakeholder governance mechanisms, green lifestyle cultivation, and ecological compensation linked to industrial upgrading. These approaches improve governance efficiency, support rural revitalization, and advance sustainable development while reducing resource waste and pollution.
